Pokémon GO’s Adventure Week Has the Best Bonus for the Game Yet

This year, the Pokémon GO Adventure week started on June 4th at 4:00pm Eastern time and ends on June 11th at the same time. This event is full of cool rewards for its players, with new research tasks, a ton of uncommon Pokémon, and a bunch of bonuses. There are even some changes in the buddy system. It’s like playing and betting on your favorite games on Betway. With the Betway app becoming more popular, more people are trying their luck on the platform. Betway, after all, allows you to bet on many games you like and make money.

With this guide, you will be equipped to take on all of the new challenges this week. Let’s get started!

Increased Spawn

Just like previous Adventure Weeks, players will find that there is a dramatic increase in the in-game spawning of the Rock type pokémon, which are Geodude, Onix, Rhyhorn, Omanyte, Kabuto, Larvitar, Lileep, Anorith, Cranidos, and Shieldon. This also applies to the egg hatches.

Niantic has confirmed that you will also find new Shiny Rock types, and trainers will have a chance at getting Fossil Pokémon. The Shiny Rock types include Onix, Steelix, Lileep, Cradily, Anorith, and Armaldo. If you find any of the evolved forms in the wild, they will not be Shiny, so you’ll have to evolve the Shiny types from the first stage.

Since there is an increased chance to get Fossil Pokémon, this is good time to finish up on the Let’s Go Meltan Special Research.

Field Research Missions and Rewards for Adventure Week 2019

Buddy Candy, PokéStops, and Adventure Sync

Your buddy won’t need to walk too much, because you can get 4 times the amount of Buddy Candy than usual. Additionally, if you activate Adventure Sync and walk 50km, you’ll earn up to 50,000 Stardust and 15 Rare Candies.

This one isn’t as exciting, but it’s still a little bonus that may be easy to miss. When you spin a new Photo Disc for the first time, you will get 10 times the amount of XP than you would normally get at a PokéStop.

Raids, Get Ready!

During the Adventure Week, special Rain Battles will occur at your local gyms. You can find great Rock-type Pokémon like Aerodactyl, Tyranitar, and Aggron.

Plus, a few non-Rock types can be spotted, which would be Mawile, Alolan Marowak, and Absol. The five-star Raid Battle list will also consist of two extraordinary Legendary Pokémon, which are Cresselia and Defense Form Deoxys.

Hope everyone has a safe and fun Adventure Week!
