Because The Last Jedi releases in a month’s time and we talk about Star Wars a lot anyway, I dub this podcast from now until Mid-December STAR WARS MONTH!
As expected, the release of the New Star Wars Battlefront II (The 2nd 2nd one) has been lighting the internet on fire thanks to publisher Electronic Arts forcing some awful sales tactics into a full priced game. What’s that? They already did that in the last game? Oh, no my friend. This is worse. So so much worse. Like you have to not have a job to play as your favorite characters worse. We dissect the micro transactions situation in the podcast this week, as well as why EA and Disney are tarnishing things so confidently.
We also talk about Nintendo games and Persona 5 sweeping the game awards.
