5) How is Theodore Bagwell out of prison?
In the teaser, we see Bagwell (Robert Knepper) being the one to inform Lincoln (Dominic Purcell) of Michael’s whereabouts. Now for those of you who are die hard Prison Break fans, you’ll remember that Bagwell was the only Fox River Eight escapee, who was taken back to jail. Furthermore, in the semi spinoff to Prison Break, Breakout Kings, Bagwell is seen escaping Fox River a second time only to be taken back to prison. So how is it possible that a killer who escaped jail twice is able to return to society? The answer could very well be Agent Kellerman (Paul Adelstein), who we last saw as a senator of sorts in the show’s finale. Assuming there is a larger villain behind Michael’s reappearance, it only makes sense for Kellerman to be involved and for him to use Bagwell as his informant.
4) Michael’s stay in prison will be short lived.
It’s not a coincidence that the teaser shows us Michael escaping prison with a new gang of inmates with the help of his brother and C-Note (Rockmond Dunbar). To be certain, there is a greater threat on the horizon other than Michael’s stay in prison. At most, I see Michael escaping prison by the end of the second episode and jump-starting us as to why he is still alive and the villain who’s pulling the strings.
3) Is the Company involved in Michael’s reappearance?

By the conclusion of the series, The Company, which was the show’s overarching villain throughout, met its demise when Michael’s mother died. But the chance does exist that the remnants of the company could still exist and be using Agent Kellerman as their decoy to finally eliminate the Scofields. Granted, one can assume that their goal is much larger than just the Scofields.
2) Where is Sucre and Mahone?

One thing Prison Break always did well was their incredible use of their supporting characters, specifically Fernando Sucre (Amuary Nolasco) and Agent Alex Mahone (William Fichtner). They however are not seen at all throughout the trailer. Instead of the Fox River Eight, we only see T-Bag, Lincoln and C-Note. Rest assured however that Nolasco and Fichtner have been confirmed to appear on the show. My belief is that given Michael’s imprisonment is somewhere in the Middle East, we will see our characters split between the U.S. (Sarah, Sucre, Mahone, T-Bag) and the Middle East (Michael, Lincoln, C-Note).
1) Michael is the show’s villain
Admittedly, I can most certainly be wrong on this one, but hear me out. Say the Company still exists, and at the end of The Final Break when Michael kills himself to save Sarah, it was nothing more than a deal between him and the Company to save his family. In return, Michael becomes a secret part of the company. Of course, he’d be doing this unwillingly, so he is coerced to play along to save his love Sara (Sarah Wayne Callies) and child. Why the Company is using Michael to target his own family is the mystery obviously, but what a turn of events this could be if it’s true.

Being a fan of the series since its inception in 2005, I am more than happy to see it come back on the airwaves. What I’m not happy about however is why I have to wait until 2017 to see it in all its glory.
