A new trailer for Marvel’s Jessica Jones debuted this morning. While the first full-length trailer focused on Jessica’s (Krysten Ritter) ominous and dangerous connection to David Tennant’s Kilgrave, this new trailer showcases more of Jessica’s work life, friendships, and romantic entanglements.
Once again, this new footage further proves that Netflix and Marvel know exactly what they’re doing with bringing the acclaimed Alias comic to life. The Jessica Jones pilot premiered last month at New York Comic Con, and fan reactions were overwhelmingly positive. It seems they’ve managed to stay true to the core story and make it their own, while still fitting it in naturally with Marvel’s already established cinematic and TV universe.

Set in the same world as Daredevil, the story follows a former superhero, Jessica Jones, as she opens a detective agency in Hell’s Kitchen. The series stars Krysten Ritter as the title character and the cast includes David Tennant (Doctor Who), Mike Colter (Netflix’s upcoming Marvel’s Luke Cage), Rachael Taylor (666 Park Avenue), and Carrie-Anne Moss (The Matrix). Marvel’s Jessica Jones will release all 13 episodes November 20, 2015 on Netflix.
