Overview:
The plot may be a bit clichéd, the dialogue a bit cheesy, and it might not be as outwardly enjoyable as “The Saint of Last Resorts – Part 2” yet “Quid Pro Quo” has still got plenty going for it. It seems that the days of the “crime of the week” formula are in the shows past and, better late than never, the writers have finally raised the stakes for the “rising darkness” plot-line as the first season begins to come to a close. This episode gave Chas more screen-time and character development proving that Charles Halford’s stoic badass is one of the shows best assets and I am excited to see more more of the character in the future.
