We are less than a month away from the season 3 premiere of Outlander. To get us through this final stretch, Starz released a new trailer teasing “The Reunion of the Century.”
Fully immersing in its time-traveling mythology, more than ever before, the new season will open up with Claire’s obstacle to find a way to go back in time. With the help of her daughter, Brianna, and their friend Roger, Claire embarks in another centuries-spanning journey to be reunited with her one true love, Jamie.
What’s exciting about this new chapter of Outlander is seeing Claire pursue her professional goals and struggle with her relationship with Frank. We also see what Jamie has been up to in the 20 years they’ve spent apart, including his imprisonment and relationship with a vital new character.

The third season of “Outlander” picks up right after Claire (Caitriona Balfe) travels through the stones to return to her life in 1948. Now pregnant with Jamie’s (Sam Heughan) child, she struggles with the fallout of her sudden reappearance and its effect on her marriage to her first husband, Frank (Tobias Menzies). Meanwhile, in the 18th century, Jamie suffers from the aftermath of his doomed last stand at the historic battle of Culloden, as well as the loss of Claire.
