Chance the Rapper had debuted the music video for “Same Drugs”, the latest single from his acclaimed mixtape Coloring Book.
Chance premiere the clip on Facebook Live early today after giving his fans a 10-minute warning with a tweet inviting everyone to join him on Facebook. After Chance extended his invitation, he posted a video on Twitter explaining how he asked different media companies if he could premiere the video on their streaming services and everyone they turned him down except Facebook Live.
Does anyone have facebook live? I'm about to premier a new music video on there in 10 minutes ok? Ok. https://t.co/TRRxLBhZBc

Starting with a countdown, the live stream turned into a live broadcast of the music video. The video, directed by Jake Schreier, features Chance singing and playing a piano with a large puppet next to him. The puppet sings Eryn Allen Kane’s part and eventually Chance gets up and walks off set as the song comes to an end. The video seems like an extension of the visuals found on the Magnificent Coloring World Tour and uses a different version of “Same Drugs” featuring Yebba, Eryn Allen Kane, John Legend, Francis Starlite, and Macie Stewart.
