Lately, there has been a ton of buzz in the music scene from new music releases to concert announcements. If you’re a frequent concert goer like I am, you already have notifications set for when your favorite artists announce their tours or when festivals are coming to town. If you haven’t been getting notifications, below are a couple of recent concert announcements and the Shaky Knees Festival line up.
- Coldplay’s Head Full of Dreams Tour
- Coldplay will be supporting their seventh album, A Head Full of Dreams, released on December 4, by visiting seven stadiums across America this summer. The tour kicks off July 16 in East Rutherford and continues into September. They will also be the headliners of the Super Bowl 50 Halftime show with guest of Bruno Mars and Beyoncé on February 7. - Shawn Mendes 2016 World Tour
- Mendez announced a world tour that will be hitting 37 cities across the world. The tour kicks off in Europe in April/May followed by a North American leg starting July 15 in Florida. Shawn Mendez Tour
- Tori Kelly Unbreakable Tour
- Kelly announced her Unbreakable Tour that starts February 26 in London. She’ll make her way over stateside and will perform her first show in San Diego on April 5. Her tour will end on May 21 with her last show in Los Angeles. Tori Kelly Tour
- Panic! At the Disco Summer Tour 2016
- Panic! announced their summer tour Weezer & Panic! at the Disco Summer Tour 2016, supporting their albums Weezer and Death of a Bachelor. The tour is scheduled to have 41 shows across North America this summer and starts June 10 in The Woodlands, Texas and ends August 6 in Irvine, California. Panic! Tour
- Shaky Knees Festival
- Florence + The Machine, My Morning Jacket and Jane’s Addiction will headline Atlanta’s Shaky Knees this year which is scheduled for May 13-15. The lineup also includes The 1975, The Decemberists and Walk the Moon. In all, over 75 bands will perform on five stages in Centennial Olympic Park and International Plaza.
