In case the comeback announcement, national summer tour, Save Rock and Roll album release, and fall arena tour weren’t enough, Fall Out Boy announced another new album due out this year. According to the band’s Instagram, Pax Am Days is comprised of 8 songs produced by Ryan Adams. The album will be available as a digital release and as the second half of a two-disc reissue of Save Rock and Roll.
In addition to the album announcement, Fall Out Boy’s newest single “Love, Sex, Death” premiered exclusively on RollingStone.com. This track is a departure from the more melodic tunes off of Save Rock and Roll—it’s raw and simplistic to the point of sounding like a demo. Sound-wise I’m not totally sold on it, but I can’t deny that I like the lyric “Sometimes I feel like the whole world’s after me/I’m the best looking pony in the glue factory.” I’m interested in hearing how the rest of Pax Am Days will sound.

The track listing for the CD includes:
