Vampire Weekend are considered to be one of the most important bands of the past ten years, and have been a defining force in the indie rock genre since they released their debut self-titled album in 2008. For the fourth episode of TYF’s new music podcast This is Pop? , I was joined by TYF music writer and columnist Matt Rice to discuss the career, discography and legacy of Vampire Weekend, as well as what we think will be in the band’s future as they record their fourth album.
