The one that put him on the map, Garfield stole the show with his portrayal of the little known Eduardo Savarin, who was a co-founder of Facebook that ended up with little to none of the rewards. Garfield made you notice him in the role with his effortless charisma and self-effacing grin. He was the character you felt most for, someone that got the raw end of the deal despite his hard work and friendship with Mark. Both likable and relatable he was the heart of the film and it was the first time Garfield got exposure in a widely-seen film and he couldn’t have picked a better movie and time for him to showcase his acting chops. It’s no easy feat to steal the scene from Jesse Eisenberg and Justin Timberlake, who also had outstanding performances in the movie, yet he managed it with ease.
