Today Lionsgate released the first teaser trailer for The Divergent Series: Allegiant.
The first part of the trailer recaps the first films, Divergent and Insurgent. The second part of the trailer gives us our first glimpse of Allegiant and the world outside of the wall. Check it out:

After the earth-shattering revelations of THE DIVERGENT SERIES: INSURGENT, Tris [Shailene Woodley] must now escape with Four [Theo James] beyond the Wall that encircles Chicago to finally discover the shocking truth of what lies behind it.
And in case you missed it, last week it was announced that the names of Allegiant Part 1 and Part 2 have been changed, Part 1 to Allegiant, and Part 2 to Ascendant. The films will be released March 2016 and March 2017 respectfully. The title change is especially intriguing considering how Veronica Roth’s book ends. It will certainly be interesting to see where the movie goes now that it’s not tied to the book by name.
