7. A Sonic the Hedgehog game that ISN’T Sonic Boom

We’ve all loved Sonic the Hedgehog ever since he first entertained us in 1992. Since then, we’ve enjoyed awesome games, such as Sonic Adventure, Sonic Adventure 2: Battle, and Sonic Heroes, it’s all been great! However, during the recent years, attempts to revive Sonic have been sub-par at best. New games were based on the cartoon series, Sonic Boom. A cartoon series that is not at all loyal to its source material, as such, the games that spawned from it are not up to the standards long time fans have set. What we need are more games like Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2: Battle, platform games that allowed control of multiple characters, traversing through vivid, exciting levels, and emotional, riveting storylines. A return to these games will be able to revive the Sonic the Hedgehog series!
