Despite the changes made Meyer insists that it is the same love story we all fell head over heels for. In the foreword the author explains that each character has a slight personality change as well. She also goes on to apologize for not finishing Midnight Sun (which was Twilight from Edward’s point of view) and why she chose to write this new book.
Personally, I really don’t know how I feel about it. When I heard on Monday that Stephenie Meyer was going to make some big announcement I got really excited and thought it might have been news about a brand new, vampire-less novel she was working on. At least I was half right. I’m just ready to see something else from Stephenie. Basically, all she did was write a fan-fiction for her own story
Life and Death: Twilight Reimagined is already available in hardcover and as an e-book.
