Over on Buzznet, Rixton released an interactive music video for its current hit, “Wait on Me.” The sexy and talented British band always wants its fans to be a part of the action, and now they have a music video where they can be! The music video allows you to choose the direction the video goes in. The different actions show up on the bottom of the screen, and you are just a click away from choosing what happens to the boys. I have never seen this done before and it is a really cool concept. The music video was directed by both fourclops ::), who makes interactive videos, and Cameron Duddy, who helped bring the concept together. Even though you are choosing what happens to these lads during the video, it does not distract you from the music and story. This vintage-styled music video is different and innovative. I thought it was done very well.
Rixton’s album, Let the Road, will be released on January 6, 2015. They will also be opening for Ariana Grande on her Honeymoon tour next year as well. I am excited to see them perform LIVE again because these guys can definitely put on a show!
