Los Campesinos! announce new album “Sick Scenes”

Welsh indie rock collective Los Campesinos! have announced plans to release their first album in three years this February.

Sick Scenes, the band’s sixth album, will be released on February 24 through Wichita Records. The album was recorded in Portugal this summer and produced by the band’s longtime collaborator John Goodmanson. The album is the follow-up to 2013’s No Blues and ends the longest drought between full-length albums for the band since they formed in 2006. The only recording they have released in between has been the Christmas EP A Los Campesinos! Christmas in December 2014.

The band also released the album’s lead single, “I Broke Up in Amarante”, which you can listen to below:

Sick Scenes is available for pre-order on Amazon and from the band’s official store.
