Keanu trailer – Key & Peele star in first feature film

Are you in the market for a gangsta pet? It just so happens that one of Comedy Central’s most hilarious duos, Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele, are back once more for their first feature film together looking for the same thing. Directed by Peter Atencio, Keanu starts off with a depressed Rell, (Peele) who was recently dumped by his girlfriend Massey. Falling into a pit of despair, despite his best friend Clarence’s (Key) efforts, Rell is only able to lift his spirits when he stumbles upon a stray kitten he names Keanu, and the pair instantly fall in love with their companion. However, when their new found feline friend is catnapped, the hopelessly straight-laced pair must pretend to be ruthless characters and infiltrate a gang to try and get their kitten back. Yet, when Keanu becomes so coveted that almost everyone wants to get their hands of him, Rell and Clarence must take the law into their own hands to get their kitten back, even if it means starting an all out gang war in the process.

Also starring Will Forte, Luis Guzman and Method Man, Keanu will be released by Warner Bros. on April 29. The first trailer is included below, and be sure to let us know if you’re also looking forward to this flick!
