First Look: Teaser Trailer for ‘Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children’ Movie Released

Fox has released the new teaser trailer for its upcoming feature Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, which is based on the bestselling novel written by Ransom Riggs. The film is being directed by Tim Burton and stars Asa Butterfield, Eva Green, Samuel L. Jackson, Allison Janney, Judi Dench, Chris O’Dowd, and Rupert Everett. Filming began in May.

Miss Peregrine follows the story of a teenage boy named Jacob (Butterfield) who discovers a deserted orphanage once run by Miss Peregrine (Green) with the help of a series of mysterious clues.

Just like the story, the trailer is also a bit peculiar. The trailer, which premiered on Loop Day, shows a clock repeating the same time over and over with “Run Rabbit Run” (sung by Flanagan and Allen) playing in the background.

Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children is set to be released on March 4, 2016. Watch the trailer above.
